  • Where are you located?
    Based out of Columbia, SC., we pleasantly serve the greater Southeastern region and all 50 states.
  • Are you insured?
    8WC is fully licensed and insured. All staff is trained on proper food handling, bartenders are TIPS certified, and chefs are ServSafe certified.
  • Everything looks so good on the Private Table menu, I want to try it all!
    Know that it is customary to have the same set menu for all guests when booking our Private Table experience. Chef Brittiney will accommodate your request for up to two(2) selections per course. Understand there will be an uptick in cost for labor and ingredients.
  • How much notice do you need?
    Last minute requests are considered based on availability and are subject to additional fees. Our calendar fills up quickly, please book at your earliest convenience.
  • I have a guest running late; will you wait for their arrival?
    Service will begin no later than 10 minutes after the requested serve time**. Should a guest arrive thereafter they must wait until the next course is served; we will not interrupt the flow of service. **Later times can be accomodated, fees apply.
  • What size events do you handle?
    No event is too small or too large. Private Table for 2 or Catered affair for 300+, we've got you covered.
  • Do you have a staff of waiters and bartenders to serve at events?
    Yes! We have a fantastic team that has been recruited, trained, and vetted by us.
  • Can I rent linens, tables, chairs, glassware, etc through you?
    You sure can! We collaborate with other providers to offer a one-stop shop for all of your event needs!
  • Will I work with the same person throughout the entire planning process?
    At 8WC Hospitality we work as a team! You may have one or two main contacts for your event.
  • I have some changes, who do I contact?
    Our preferred method of communiccation is email. Please email your last point of contact.
  • What is your specialty?
    While we specialize in Southern comfort, we have the ability to execute your heart's desires. Simply specify your ideal menu in your formal inquiry.
  • Do you make desserts?
    We offer a very limited menu of bite sized sweets, you can check them out here. If you're in need of something more elaborate, let us know. We have a talented team that can execute your vision and meet your needs.
  • Do you offer tastings?*
    Yes! We will walk you through each course and you will taste each dish, giving you the opportunity to provide feedback. Understand, tastings are accommodated upon request. If any item on your menu features a main ingredient that is quite seasonal, we may use an appropriate substitute and/or not serve that specific dish at the tasting. *Tastings are only available for Event Catering, not Private Tables
  • My venue does not have a kitchen, is that okay?
    It sure is! Provided adequate space for services to be rendered, we have the ability to stage a kitchen wherever necessary.
  • Do you have a recommendation on gratuity?
    We've happily taken care of this burden for you. 15% of your quoted total is added to your invoice.
  • Where do you get your product from?
    We partner with reputable local vendors that supply our quality product, giving you the closest farm-to-table experience imaginable.
  • Do you offer cake cutting services?
    Yes! We will happily make your day easier.
